Case Study: Mount Hawthorn Fence Installation

We recently installed a contemporary aluminium infill fence at a new home in Mount Hawthorn, an inner-suburb of Perth, WA.

Project Scope

The client was looking for an attractive, low-maintenance perimeter fence which would complement their architecturally designed new-build.

In keeping with the contemporary design of the home, the builders had also constructed an industrial-look, distressed-brick perimeter wall.

Design Solution

One of our fencing specialists, Steve Martin, met with the client onsite for a free, no-obligation consultation to gain a full understanding of their requirements and discuss the various options.

A week later, the client confirmed she wished to proceed with the job and the contract was signed.

The Manufacture

We commenced the manufacture of the fencing at our local workshop in Malaga. The striking black slat-fence panels were made-to-measure, which meant there was no wastage.

Following our strict quality control process, we used only the highest-quality materials and components, to ensure the very best workmanship at every stage.

The Installation

As the slick aluminium fencing panels were manufactured locally, transport costs – and time – were kept to a minimum.

The panels fit perfectly and were installed within a day.

Overall, this project took just 2 weeks to complete from the date the order was placed. This included the full manufacture and installation.
